CalculSite计算站网站（以下简称“本平台”）由个人开发者运营，致力于为全球工程技术研究人员提供共享、开放的模拟计算工具。

本平台高度重视隐私。以下声明如实说明我们对信息的处理方式。

本政策适用于 CalculSite计算站网站（calculsite.com）及 CalculSite计算站网站的移动端应用（CalculSite）。

1. 我们处理哪些信息？

我们处理的信息极少，仅限于维持服务所必需。

登录凭证

您使用的用户名和密码由平台提前生成并分配。我们存储：

用户名：明文存储，用于标识登录身份。
密码：仅存储不可逆的加密哈希值（使用 BCrypt 算法），原始密码无法被还原。

我们不记录任何与凭证关联的身份信息，也不知道您是谁或代表哪个机构。

使用数据

我们不记录您的 IP 地址、设备信息、浏览器类型、访问时间、操作日志或任何其他使用数据。服务器层面的访问日志已关闭。

计算结果

您输入的所有数据及生成的计算结果，均只在服务器内存中临时处理，返回结果后立刻销毁，绝不落盘存储。

Cookie 及会话管理

为了维持您的登录状态，本平台在您的浏览器中存储一个会话 Cookie，名称为 CalculSite.Auth。

用途：此 Cookie 仅用于验证您的登录状态，使我们能够区分已登录和未登录的请求。它不包含您的姓名、邮箱或其他个人身份信息。
有效期：该 Cookie 在您登录时创建，有效期为登录时刻起 120 分钟，到期后自动失效。您也可以随时通过浏览器自带的“清除浏览数据”功能手动删除此 Cookie。
安全属性：此 Cookie 被设置为 HttpOnly（禁止网页脚本读取，防止凭证泄露）和 SameSite=Lax（防止跨站伪造请求），以降低安全风险。
不用于跟踪：我们不使用此 Cookie 或任何其他技术来追踪您的浏览行为、进行用户画像或投放广告。

注：为保护表单提交安全，平台还会设置一个临时防伪 Cookie（Antiforgery），该 Cookie 不包含任何个人数据，请求结束后即失效。

数据存储位置

登录凭证的加密哈希值存储于中国大陆境内的服务器上。我们不将任何数据转移至境外。

2. 我们如何使用这些信息？

登录凭证：仅用于验证您的登录状态，无任何其他目的。
无其他用途：因我们不收集其他信息，故不存在额外的使用方式。

3. 我们是否共享信息？

不共享。我们不向任何第三方提供任何信息，因为我们根本不存储可用于共享的个人数据。

4. 第三方服务与 SDK

CalculSite 网站及 App 均未集成任何第三方服务或 SDK。

所有功能均由我们自身代码实现，不存在任何第三方服务或 SDK 收集、使用或共享您个人信息的行为。

如未来因业务需要引入第三方服务或 SDK，我们将在此章节中及时披露其名称、用途及信息处理方式，并在更新前通过显著方式通知您。

5. 您的权利

您有权：

停止使用：您可随时停止使用本平台，无需任何操作。
联系我们：如有疑问，可通过以下邮箱与我们联系。
关于数据操作：由于我们不记录您的任何个人身份信息，因此无法提供数据访问、更正或携带请求。如您希望删除账号及相关数据，请参见本政策“数据保留与删除”章节。

6. 数据安全与凭证提示

我们采用合理的技术措施保护凭证安全：

密码使用 BCrypt 哈希算法加密存储，无法被还原。
所有通信均通过 HTTPS 加密。
Cookie 配置为 HttpOnly 和 SameSite=Lax，防止常见 Web 攻击。

重要提醒：本平台的登录凭证由开发者统一生成并定向发放，不提供公开注册功能。每个凭证对应特定的授权访问权限。

禁止共享：您的登录凭证仅限您本人或您所属机构授权范围内使用，严禁以任何形式向第三方转让、出借或公开分发。
保管责任：您应妥善保管您的凭证。因您主动泄露、共享或未妥善保管凭证而导致的安全风险及后果，由您自行承担。
异常处理：如您怀疑凭证已被未授权方获取或使用，请立即通过下方联系方式通知我们，我们将及时作废原凭证并为您重新签发。
技术说明：出于隐私保护设计，本平台不记录与凭证关联的个人身份信息及使用行为日志。这意味着一旦发生凭证泄露，我们无法追溯具体使用人，因此请您务必重视凭证安全。

7. 儿童隐私保护（适用于 14 周岁以下用户）

7.1 适用说明

本章节适用于年龄分级为 3+ 的应用环境，旨在说明本平台对 14 周岁以下儿童个人信息的保护措施。

7.2 我们如何处理儿童信息

CalculSite 不收集任何用户（包括儿童）的个人信息。所有服务功能均无需提供姓名、联系方式、地理位置等个人数据即可使用。

7.3 监护人需知

由于我们不收集个人信息，因此无需获取监护人的额外同意。我们仍建议家长或监护人指导儿童合理使用互联网服务，并监督其使用习惯。

9. 数据保留与删除

登录凭证（用户名及加密密码）在您使用本平台期间持续保留。如您希望删除您的账号及所有关联数据，请通过本文“联系方式”章节中的邮箱向我们提出申请。我们将在确认您对账号的持有权（例如通过已登录状态发送申请，或提供正确的账号名及密码）后，在7个工作日内完成删除。

10. 权限说明

在移动端应用中，CalculSite App 不申请任何敏感权限（包括但不限于位置、通讯录、存储、相机、麦克风等）。所有功能均无需这些权限即可正常使用。

11. 自启动与关联启动

在移动端应用中，CalculSite App 无自启动或关联启动行为，不会在用户未主动打开时自行启动或唤醒其他应用。

12. 未成年人保护

CalculSite 的服务面向所有年龄段用户。我们非常重视对未成年人个人信息的保护。

由于 CalculSite 不收集任何个人信息，所有用户（包括未成年人）在使用本平台时，无需提供任何身份信息，也无需监护人额外同意。

我们建议家长或监护人指导未成年人合理使用互联网服务，并监督其使用习惯。如您对本政策有任何疑问，或发现我们在不知情的情况下收集了未成年人信息，请通过本文“联系方式”章节中的邮箱与我们联系，我们将在核实后尽快处理。

🔒 Privacy Policy

CalculSite is a personal project dedicated to providing shared and open simulation tools for engineering researchers worldwide.

This notice transparently explains how we handle information.

This Privacy Policy applies to both the CalculSite website (calculsite.com) and the CalculSite mobile application (CalculSite).

1. What Information Do We Process?

We process only the absolute minimum necessary to provide the service.

Login Credentials

The username and password you use are pre-generated and assigned by the platform. We store:

Username: Stored in plain text to identify your login identity.
Password: Stored only as an irreversible cryptographic hash (using BCrypt). The original password cannot be recovered.

We do not record any identity information associated with these credentials, and we do not know who you are or which organization you represent.

Usage Data

We do not log your IP address, device information, browser type, access times, or any other usage data. Server-level access logging has been disabled.

Calculation Results

All data you input and results you obtain are processed solely in server memory and discarded immediately after the response is sent. Nothing is written to disk.

Cookies & Session Management

To maintain your login session, this platform stores a session cookie in your browser, named CalculSite.Auth.

Purpose: This cookie is used solely to verify your login status and distinguish logged-in requests from anonymous ones. It does not contain your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information.
Expiration: The cookie is created upon login and expires automatically 120 minutes after the login time. You may also delete it manually at any time using your browser’s “Clear browsing data” feature.
Security Attributes: The cookie is set with HttpOnly (preventing JavaScript access and credential theft) and SameSite=Lax (mitigating cross-site request forgery attacks) to enhance security.
No Tracking: We do not use this cookie or any other technology to track your browsing behavior, build user profiles, or serve advertisements.

Note: To protect form submissions, a temporary antiforgery cookie is also set. It contains no personal data and expires after the request.

Data Storage Location

Encrypted login credentials are stored on servers located within mainland China. We do not transfer any data outside this region.

2. How Do We Use This Information?

Login Credentials: Used only to verify your login status. No other purpose.
No Other Uses: As we collect no other information, there are no additional use cases.

3. Do We Share Information?

No. We do not share any information with any third party, because we do not store any personal data that could be shared.

4. Third-Party Services and SDK

Neither the CalculSite website nor the App integrates any third-party services or SDKs.

All functionalities are implemented by our own code. No third-party service or SDK collects, uses, or shares your personal information.

If we introduce any third-party services or SDKs in the future due to business needs, we will disclose their names, purposes, and data processing methods in this section, and notify you through prominent means before the update.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Stop Using: You may stop using the platform at any time with no action required.

About Data Operations: Since we do not record any personally identifiable information about you, we are unable to process requests for data access, rectification, or portability. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please refer to "Data Retention and Deletion" of this policy.

6. Data Security & Credential Notice

We take reasonable measures to protect your credentials:

Passwords are stored using BCrypt hashing and are irreversible.
All communications are encrypted via HTTPS.
Cookies are configured with HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax to mitigate common web attacks.

Important Notice: Login credentials for this platform are exclusively generated and issued by the developer on a targeted basis. Public registration is not available. Each credential corresponds to specific authorized access permissions.

No Sharing Permitted: Your login credential is strictly limited to your personal use or authorized use within your affiliated institution. Transferring, lending, or publicly distributing credentials to any third party in any form is strictly prohibited.
Safekeeping Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your credentials. You shall bear all security risks and consequences arising from your voluntary disclosure, sharing, or failure to properly safeguard your credentials.
Incident Response: If you suspect that your credential has been obtained or used by an unauthorized party, please notify us immediately via the contact information below. We will promptly revoke the compromised credential and issue a replacement.
Technical Note: As part of our privacy-by-design approach, this platform does not record personally identifiable information or usage logs associated with credentials. Consequently, we are unable to trace specific users in the event of a credential compromise. Therefore, we urge you to treat credential security with the utmost seriousness.

7. Children's Privacy Protection (for Users Under 14)

7.1 Applicability

This section applies to applications with an age rating of 3+, and explains our measures to protect the personal information of children under 14.

7.2 How We Handle Children's Information

CalculSite does not collect any personal information from any user, including children. All services can be used without providing personal data such as name, contact details, or location.

7.3 Information for Guardians

Since we do not collect personal information, we do not require additional consent from a child's guardian. Nevertheless, we encourage parents and guardians to guide children in using internet services responsibly and to supervise their usage habits.

7.4 If Your Child Has Used Our Services

If you are a guardian and you become aware that your child has used our services without your consent, please rest assured that no personal information has been collected. If you have any questions, please contact us via the email address provided in the "Contact" section below.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Login credentials (username and encrypted password) are retained while you use our platform. We will process the deletion within 7 business days after verifying your ownership of the account (e.g., by receiving the request from your logged-in session, or by your providing the correct username and password).

10. Permissions

In the mobile application, CalculSite App does not request any sensitive permissions (including but not limited to location, contacts, storage, camera, microphone, etc.). All features can be used normally without requiring any of these permissions.

11. Auto-Start and Associated Launch

In the mobile application, CalculSite App has no auto-start or associated launch behavior and will not start or wake other applications without being actively opened by the user.

12. Protection of Minors

CalculSite's services are intended for users of all ages. We take the protection of minors' personal information very seriously.

Since CalculSite does not collect any personal information, all users (including minors) may use the platform without providing any identity information or obtaining additional parental consent.

We encourage parents and guardians to guide minors in using internet services responsibly and to supervise their usage habits. If you have any questions about this policy, or if you become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us via the email address provided in the "Contact" section above, and we will address it promptly after verification.
